Last updated: March 18, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Salesnado platform, operated by KJ Bucketlist Investments, LLC This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including those operating AI agents through the Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
Salesnado is designed for legitimate business-to-business (B2B) sales development. You may use the platform to:
- → Send cold outreach emails to business professionals who may have a legitimate interest in your products or services.
- → Deploy AI agents to manage multi-step email sequences and handle prospect replies.
- → Source and enrich prospect contact information through our integrated lead sourcing tools.
- → Upload knowledge base documents, product materials, and case studies to train your AI agent.
- → Track email delivery, opens, replies, and campaign performance through our analytics tools.
2. Ethical AI Standards
AI agents deployed through Salesnado must comply with the same ethical standards expected of human salespeople. This means:
- → Honesty: Agents must not make false claims about your products, services, pricing, or company. All AI-generated content must be truthful and substantiated.
- → Transparency: While agents are not required to identify themselves as AI in every email, you must not instruct your agent to deny being AI if directly asked by a prospect.
- → Respect: Agents must honor opt-out requests, respect "do not contact" preferences, and cease communication when asked.
- → Professionalism: Agent communications must maintain a professional tone. Harassment, intimidation, high-pressure tactics, or manipulative language is prohibited.
- → Data Integrity: You must not instruct your agent to collect personal information from prospects under false pretenses or for purposes other than legitimate business development.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to send or generate content that:
- → Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to mislead recipients about the nature of the communication.

5. Rate Limits and Sending Restrictions
To protect shared infrastructure and maintain deliverability for all users, the following limits apply:
- → Monthly Email Limits: Each subscription tier has a monthly sending cap (Starter: 2,000, Growth: 8,000, Scale: 20,000). Exceeding your tier limit is not permitted.
- → Monthly Lead Limits: Lead sourcing is capped per tier (Starter: 500, Growth: 2,000, Scale: 5,000). Additional leads require a tier upgrade.
- → Sending Velocity: New accounts begin in slow-roll mode (1-8 emails per cycle) and must complete a full cycle before enabling blast mode (5-15 emails per cycle). This protects domain reputation during warmup.
- → Agent Reply Rate: AI agents are limited to 20 auto-replies per hour by default. This limit can be adjusted but not removed.
- → Thread Depth: Agents will stop responding after 5 exchanges in a single thread by default. This prevents infinite conversation loops.

- → Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties.
