This Privacy Policy describes how KJ Bucketlist Investments, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Salesnado platform ("Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

• → Account Information: Email address, name, company name, and password when you create an account or request a demo.
• → Website Data: The URL you provide during demo provisioning. We crawl up to 8 pages of your website to extract brand voice, product information, and company details for AI agent training.
• → Contact Lists: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and custom fields for contacts you upload via CSV import, manual entry, or automated lead sourcing.
• → Email Content: The content of emails sent and received through the Service, including AI-generated drafts, your email templates, and inbound replies from your prospects.
• → Knowledge Base Documents: PDF files, text content, and URLs you provide for your AI agent's knowledge base, which are processed, chunked, and embedded for retrieval.
• → Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly; all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• → Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns collected automatically through server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• → To provision and operate your AI sales agents, including sending emails, processing replies, and managing contact sequences.
• → To generate AI-powered email content, brand voice analysis, and reply classifications using your uploaded data.
• → To process payments and manage your subscription.
• → To monitor platform performance, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service and Anti-Spam Policy.
• → To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
• → To improve the Service through aggregate analytics and usage patterns.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with the following third-party service providers, each of which processes data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service:

• → Mailgun (Sinch Email): Processes outbound email delivery, bounce handling, and delivery status tracking. Mailgun receives recipient email addresses and email content.
• → Stripe, Inc.: Processes all subscription payments, manages billing, and handles payment method storage. Stripe receives your billing details and email address.
• → Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers AI classification of inbound emails, email content generation, brand voice extraction, and reply drafting. Email content and knowledge base data are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• → OpenAI: Generates vector embeddings for knowledge base documents to enable semantic search and retrieval. Document text is sent to OpenAI's embedding API.
• → Supabase: Provides database hosting and authentication infrastructure. All account data, contacts, and email records are stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL.
• → Third-party data providers: We use licensed B2B data providers to source prospect contact information when you use our lead sourcing feature. Search criteria you provide (job titles, industries, company size) are sent to these providers' APIs to find matching contacts.
• → Vercel: Hosts our frontend application. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser info) are collected by Vercel.
• → Render: Hosts our backend API and cron job services. Server logs are maintained by Render.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your data with any party not listed above, except as required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data, contact lists, email content, and knowledge base documents for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. Email delivery logs and analytics data may be retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months for platform improvement purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• → Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• → Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• → Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• → Portability: Request export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• → Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. Analytics data is collected through server-side logging and does not involve third-party tracking scripts. Open and click tracking may be applied to emails sent through the Service to provide campaign analytics.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
