Agentic SDR Architecture

Each Salesnado agent operates as an autonomous Sales Development Representative (SDR) with the following capabilities:

• → Prospect Sourcing: Access to a verified database of nearly 250 million professional contacts. Agents filter by job title, industry vertical, company headcount, and geographic region to build targeted prospect lists on demand.
• → Sequence Orchestration: Multi-part email sequences with configurable timing between messages. Each email is personalized using merge variables and the client's brand voice extracted during onboarding.
• → Autonomous Reply Handling: Inbound responses are classified in real-time using Claude AI across seven categories: interested, meeting request, question, not interested, out of office, bounce, and other. High-confidence drafts are auto-sent through a 7-layer safety system.
• → Knowledge Base RAG: Clients can email documents (PDF, text, markdown) directly to their agent. Content is extracted, chunked, embedded via OpenAI, and stored with pgvector indexing. Relevant chunks are retrieved on every inbound reply for context-aware responses.
• → Calendar Integration: When a prospect agrees to a meeting, the agent generates ICS calendar invites and sends them to both the prospect and the client. No external scheduling tools required.
• → Email-Native Management: The entire platform is controllable via email commands. Clients reply to their agent with natural language instructions: "status", "pause", "leads", "show me the emails". No dashboard login required.

7-Layer Safety System

Every autonomous reply passes through seven sequential safety checks before sending:

1. 01 — Agent mode enabled on mailbox
2. 02 — Project-level kill switch not activated
3. 03 — Classification confidence exceeds threshold
4. 04 — Response category is in the approved whitelist
5. 05 — AI determines a reply is contextually appropriate
6. 06 — Thread depth has not exceeded configured maximum
7. 07 — Hourly auto-reply rate limit not reached

If any check fails, the draft is saved for human review rather than sent automatically.
